Affixes Multiple Cases of Fraud and Scamming | Do not censor

A denial of service attack on my personal IP address occurred shortly after I logged into MCM to post a reply which I can only assume was from Affixes given that he has used DDOS to attempt to control and silence people in the past.

People keep saying there is no evidence even though I've linked three or four different chat logs of Affixes admitting to using DDOS in order to attack people and participating in the initiation of a SWAT attack against a large server owner and former member.

I'm going to go ahead and hand over the hard evidence to BeBosny so that this monster can be dealt with. This will include screenshots of Affixes saying that he uses MC-Market's sensitive data for "malicious purposes".[DOUBLEPOST=1451874297,1451874210][/DOUBLEPOST]

I'm just going to completely disregard your statement regarding the supposed DDoS attack you are assuming me of initiating. Not only would it be obvious and stupid on my side to do so, you haven't provided any proof as happened so many times throughout the existence of this public hatred.

The so called "evidence" that you provided came from the same leaked chat log which has been extensively covered on numerous occasions. Interestingly enough, in said evidence I actually deem to be non-responsible for said DDoS attacks. The initiation of a SWAT attack was never even covered by you and sure as hell did not happen. You need to stop throwing out unsustained claims as people are more or less starting to question your honesty.

I am thrilled to read or hear about your "proof" when it gets sent to me.

Your post is not at all being censored. Links to statements left by Jesse and Ajdin was left on your post. Nothing was removed, whatsoever.

I agree with Thomas, him and I have done business in the past with banners, etc. with Thomas everything worked out fine and we have been chill since then.
Affixes, this just shows how much of a hypocrite you really are, I always hear things about you being this negative impact on the community and how you abuse.. This just adds to how ridiculous you are. So a while back when he worked for PrimeMC I had been doing a banner for them, and so when I completed the banner Alex (PrimeMC owner) was away on vacation, so I sent it to Affixes just so he could see it before Alex got back, he was very immature and instead of simply saying he didn't like it he started pretty much yelling at me which is understandable as he worked for the client, but he could have had some sort of sympathy in the situation. We then decided to wait for Alex to get back from vacation and I said if Alex didn't like it that I would edit it to his liking. At first when Alex gets back he's fine with the banner and just wanted a few edits, but after completing the edits, I get messaged again about how he wanted a refund and how I scammed *(because affixes messaged him to)*... - I didn't scam. Then I get threatened by Affixes about this and he threaten to report me, and instantly bans me from MC-Market even though I offered edits which is what my services entail, they do not offer refunds once the work has been done/started. They just offer edits (depending on the package) to there liking.

Affixes is going to link you all to the post in which he made after this situation, but that doesn't change the fact he's a hypocrite and an abuser. With his services he went an extra step and actually scammed.

(Please keep in mind if I only had dealt with Alex (primemc owner) none of this mischief would have happened, this was fully Affixes)

I believe this is necessary because nobody ever listens and this is not the first time there has been a complaint against him. Just because he's staff on here doesn't mean he should be treated as if he's a god. When serious stuff happens it should be taken more seriously and not just looked over like it has been for months.
Yes there's some reports that may be false and maybe not everything's 100% true, but there's a certain point where the truth is inevitable, and I feel we're getting to that point but as he's staff again it may be looked over.

The fact that he has high prices are his own decision. I'm in the same market as him and I deem his prices completely fine as this is pretty much what he does for a living.

The ban was excessive and unnecessary indeed. That is why it was reversed. I have spoken to Jesse about this and he fully agreed that the ban wasn't necessary.



This. Just because it's a staff member doesn't mean that a scam report isn't needed. This thread became a mess because it isn't manually approved by a scam resolver unlike scam reports. Post a scam report to have any kind of action taken against Jesse.

How can you say this? Our site had technical issues 1 hour before new year's eve. Jesse showed up after a call and fixed it very quickly. He spends much more time and effort working on the site than most people realise.

M8, both me and glitch were in a call and we just posted here for the lulz. We just find it funny how much drama goes over a minecraft forum. It's like this place is filled with 8 year olds that argue over everything. I don't understand. If Mick wants to keep Affixes I don't care. If Affixes scams members, I don't care. I am capable enough of deciding when I move my buisness elsewhere and take logical decisions. I don't create drama over the whole fucking site like this is the meaning of my life.

Which is why I agree that this should be a scam report and not just a random thread. But it seems like the OP wants to create drama and not actually get anything resolved.

The OP specifically asked to not censor/lock this thread. This was promised as we thought he'd have something useful to say.

There always has to be drama and bullshit. That's how life works. I used to be out and about in the public eye of the minecraft server owner community and on MCM but I've slowly moved away from it as I can't be bothered with drama and nonsense all the time. If only people were respectful, professional, and not selfish, this community would be in far better shape.

Unfortunately, people don't seem to understand the value of their own reputation.

Anyways, I've worked with both Thomas and Jesse previously and have had absolutely no issues with either. As such, I'm not going to take a side nor state my opinion or feelings on this matter, though it should be noted that it would be better if there wasn't drama within this community and having threads such as these does the opposite.

Finally, I'd like to thank all of those who have used www.chatformat.com to provide proof. It makes me happy to see my site put to good use

I believe abuse of staff is what we are already complaining about, the fact he most likely will have no punishment for all that was done is an example of why I don't post much on this forum...
