From previous experience and also testing you do not need more than 128mb of ram for most Discord Bots'. Unless you have a very resource hungry Discord Bot then you would not need more than that for it. I have a customer running on a huge discord server and it runs around 58mb of ram usage. He finds the service fine and has not complained about any issues.
