Hi, my name is AfkClient, I’m looking for a position of server manager or community manager. I bring a lot to the table. I'm great with Buycraft but I am also very decent with forums and discord.
I’ve worked on a couple servers and also owned my own server. One of the servers I worked for is SkyfallMC. I made many documents for the helpers and other staff to use to make things easier and also a hand book for rules that all staff should follow and how they should act in diffrent situations. I was the server manager/community manager for SkyfallMC for over a year.
I had my own server aswell, where I managed the staff and the whole community. It has a decent playerbase of over 150 people.
I have been a moderator on Minesaga aswell for over 3 months. Minesaga is a skyblock and factions server with a playerbase of 1500 players.
I have been a moderator on DecimatePvP aswell for a total of 2.5 months. DecimatePvP was a factions server with a 1000 playerbase.

- Managing the staff team (promoting staff when ever I feel like they meet the criteria for their next position.
- I am able to handle Buycraft related things.
- General administrator duties. (Banning players, help with bug reports, in game help, player reports, ban appeals and so on)

I am a 19 years old male from The Netherlands.
I am currently studying a communication/management study.
I am currently looking for a server manager/community manager position. I am able to work with system administration aswell, and am also able to work with console's. As of this moment, I don offer anything system admin relative, plugin configuring and also some small dev related either. I can handle many things however I cannot code. But I can if one is willing to teach me, I'm always open to learning new things.
I offer great staff management, post writing, buycraft support and replying to the emails, promoting and demoting staff from the players on your server. Being very active with your players/staff members. Forwarding found bugs and maybe even resolve them. As for advertising, I also have a lot of contacts with YouTubers, so I will be able to help you with that aswell.

Just a little personal information about me. I have been playing Minecraft for the past 5 years and I am still enjoying it. In the mean time I know all the ins and outs of Minecraft and especially on the server management part. I am currently trying to learn more about Java and development as I am really interested in that.

-I am also good at configs of plugins and making them fit, however I am no dev, I can't code anything though (yet).
-Managing a staff team.
-I'm very talented with getting more staff and spreading them out across the server. I'm always able to be reached and help the players out, or fellow staff team. I bring with me a lot of ideas and stuff to expand servers and open them up to other ideas.
My availability: I’m able to contribute 6+ hours a day on the actual server, even more than that depending on how my study goes and I am able to spend 10+ hours a day on discord. I might have some tests now and then but that would just result in 3 days of 70% activity.

I was with Skyfall for over a year, I designed many documents to help the staff do their job, and made things more laid out for the owner. I made sure that the owner could focus on server related things, and I focussed on community related things. My duties on Skyfall are as follows.
Managing the staff team - Finding players in the community to bring in as helpers, teaching them what they need to know and also give them a higherup as mentor to teach thema what they should punish for and what they shouldn’t.
Promotions and demotions, demoting the helpers that failed the trial, and finding new ones. I organized staff meetings and such every two weeks, it helped many of the staff rather than having them read written words all the time. As some people learn and retain information if they hear it. I think I learned a lot of staff members how to be a better staff member.
Taking care of all the donation issues for Skyfall. So whenever someone had a buycraft related issue, I helped them with it.
Getting bug issues with plugins/setups/builds and fixed them or send them to a developer/system admin.

Second server I worked on: Minesaga (moderator)
Duties:
-I did all the moderator/helper stuff like muting people/banning them.
-Resolving player reports and ban appeals.
-Forwarded bugs to a server admin.
-Organized and hosted events.

Next one would be DecimatePvP.
Duties:
All the duties were the same as on Minesaga.

My latest work experience would be FutureMC.
I worked here as a general manager.
Duties:
Kind of the same as Skyfall, but I helped them set up the server as well, spoke to a lot of developers and made a great server. Sadly enough I got scammed by the owners and therefor I left.
I also helped them dealing with the community and helped them answer a ton of private message's. I also managed the events in the server.

So to wrap this up, yes I would like to be paid for my time or we can talk about it, I am sure we can find a mid way. I can also bring a lot of great ideas to make servers better and expand. I know factions, kitpvp, skyblock, prison. I’m good with factions, askyblock, numerous other plugins. I’m not a dev, but I am more than willing to always learn more. I’m loyal, hard working, and very professional at all times, I'm always looking for more to do, anything I can do to help the server out and so on. I always look for something to do that's productive and usefull.
