After Effects Intro Request

Hello, I've been searching for a very experienced After Effects Designer who makes good intros.

I am not looking for 3d Animated intros with drops and stuff..



What i am looking for is something in this style. 0:00 - 0:06


The Circle will move back and forward in the intro as in the video.
But the unique part about this is that i would like a ring of particles circulating around the circle, It should only spin around ONE or ONE and a HALF time. Before my Template comes in.

Here is the ring of particles effect. In the beginning you will see a GLOW and that should also be included in the intro.
The color of the ring of particle should be RED. 0:00 - 0:02
