I am contributing how I contribute, I cant develop bots because I dont have that knowledge. I will pay $$$ for them.

He's hiring a developer not necessarily seeking a development team or business parter, I understand both of your confusion but he wants to hire somebody to develop something from him and is explaining what he's needing developed in his thread.

In a dev team you can hire a dev, is how it works, based on my experience in dev teams
