Why should you choose me the be a staff on your server?
--> Maturity: I have been a member of discord for 1 year now and I have seen many people of all sorts get banned /and or muted for just being stupid or being a bully! I assure you that I am not like that and I treat every matter with maturity and I will never take things lightly. I have always been posh and mature ever since I was around four and it has paid off in many different ways. I take this application really seriously and I am very mature about everything that I say.
--->Professionalism: This one is kind of related to maturity but I try and keep my grammar and spelling top notch! This is because I believe it will help me solve issues quicker and I think I have OCD so I like to keep spelling errors at an absolute minimum. Demonstrating professionalism is very important for staff. Professionalism can benefit the server's reputation. I demonstrate the skill of professionalism to be considered this incredible and rewarding job and to show the other staff here their supportive and team-player side
---> Trustworthiness: If a task is set for me, I will never back down from it. I my star sign is virgo and virgo's do everything and finish their goals in time and always add their touch of perfectness to everything. I believe I am exactly like that as I try my best for everything. If I cannot complete a task for any reason than I will say it straight up and not make things more complicated for the other staff. I will not ban players for no reason or mute people with no intent. In my opinion I believe it is morally wrong to ruin other people's experience on the server. Trustworthy leaders like me can more easily navigate the situations that cause doubt.
---> Being active and dedicated towards being a staff: Being a staff member on this server means giving your utmost attention to the players of the server! I am active for two hours everyday except for Sunday because I have church. I will pay attention to any announcements and I will try my best to attend all the staff meetings.

---> I am positive: I will try and keep the chat as hyped as possible but I will never go overboard. I really do not like it when the chat is being toxic towards a player of there is racism or harassment. I will defuse the situation and make everyone happy. I try and keep my cool and host events regularly this keeps the players happy and positive since there is more events regularly. A positive attitude helps you cope more easily with the daily affairs of life. It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worries and negative thinking. This is how I morally think and will make me a great part of the staff team.
---> Teamwork: I have been in many teams which include sporting teams. In school I even got the great opportunity to lead a basketball team. This has taught me a lot and has helped me overcome different emotions. Firstly it is important to know what I believe the definition of teamwork is! Teamwork is the ability to get tasks done and completed more efficiently and this is what my peers at school admire me for as I don’t give up and I am a valuable member of all the teams that I am in. Teamwork has shown me that I will need to work with many different people in the future and even if I do not generally like them I will still show a great team spirit. Teamwork has gotten my basketball team to win the premiership 3 times in a row!
---> Being kind to others: Being kind can strengthen your relationships and sense of satisfaction in life. Kindness is defined as the quality of being friendly. I have incorporated this quality of mine into playing discord and which is another think that many people like about me. I feel very sympathetic for people who are going through a tough time and I am ready to help people who need it the most. I am very special and unique in my own special ways and that is the same for others and I have come to realise that I should respect their personality and traits. I am not that kind of person who would pick fights. I would make a great asset to the staff team for this reason.

Why do I want to be a staff
To help make the server a better community for newer players, and showing players around the server, while Controlling large crowds, Handling impatient players, and being active everyday possible.I can easily handle large groups of people as i have had experience as an admin / owner of a server. I am very patient when it comes to pesky players that like to disobey or not come to an agreement with another player. I know almost all basic / intermediate commands of what an admin should have. I also love to share my knowledge on other things whenever needed.
