Something I've noticed lately:

AI has massively reduced the cost of building.

Landing pages.
Apps.
Automations.
Entire MVPs.

All easier than ever.

But I'm not convinced it's reducing the cost of bad decisions.

If anything, founders can now spend 3 weeks building the wrong thing instead of 3 months.

Curious what everyone here thinks:

What's the biggest startup mistake you've made?

Building too early?

Building too late?

Or building the wrong thing entirely?
