You should probably price your work by per amount of words. What if I were to ask you to make something in the smallest font possible? And $3 a page?!?! That is crazy cheap! Good luck with this though!
I have done over 30 clients with this pricing. This is just my new thread that I decided to post. I know how to price things correctly. Secondly, if you notice there is a "+" which means if people are toxic like you and think you can get away with that, I can raise the pricing.

1. You agree to these Terms by contacting me.
2. There shall be no refunds, unless I am unable to meet the deadline. In that case you will receive 5% for everyday it is late (excludes revisions you request).
3. You are to not chargeback, or claim the payment to be fraudulent.
4. You may not resell, distribute, or claim any work I do as your own. This includes if you make any alterations.
5. You are required to cover a 5% G&S fee. I only accept G&S.
6. You are not too devouch, or leave a negative reputation because of my Terms or pricing.
7. If you are scammed by an imposter, I will not be held accountable.
8. These Terms can change at anytime and it is your job to review them.
