Who am I?
Hey everyone, I'm the owner of Ak Factions. I've devv'd many servers and am looking into making plugins. I also configurate plugins for a cheap price, you can see my configuration thread here.
When will the server be released?
My planned release date for my server is actually Saturday, and we are looking for staff.
What are the staff requirements?
Staff must be dedicated and on-task. They must be active for at least 14 hours a week now that summer is starting. If they are going to be offline, you must tell me in advance. Staff must be of at least 12 years of age, and be mature. There will be some exceptions. Punishments aren't that harsh, if someone hacks, you can just warn them; we give them a chance to reform (or warn them again).
What are the staff positions available?
I have not so many positions open as I don't want to create an overload of staff, I believe 1 staff per around 5-7 players should do.

Builders NEEDED No Limit
Advertiserx3 The job of advertisers is to get players to join the server. These do include youtubers, banner makers, and simply anyone that can help advertise the server. If you can invest to help us advertise, that would be great.
Do staff get paid?
You may get paid back in case you invested. Builders aren't likely to get paid.
Can I join the server to see around?
Sure! The ip is akfactions.mc-shock.com
We only need builders and advertisers, and builders are our priority!
