AK Services ~ Hiring Sales Representatives and Freelancer roles

Hey everyone!

We're currently hiring Sales Representatives at Ak Services: https://discord.gg/U7thV9c.

Create a support ticket by typing "-hr" in the 'bot' channel and we will try to get to you shortly. If you have any questions we can answer that for you on the ticket, such as the commission rate.

Your chance of becoming a sales representative will be significantly increased if you are in, or close to the time zone of (GMT+5:00 to GMT+12:00).

Requirements for sales representative roles:
- Must be very active. Should be online at least 4 hours a day and respond to tickets regularly [You do not have to be waiting 4 hours a day at the discord server; you can be doing other things and when you get the ping, you should respond to tickets]. Bring in clients regularly.
- Must NOT stalk tickets. Respond only when needed, or pinged.
- Must abide by all rules on MC - Market (no ban evaders or underage staff members, etc.)
- Must NOT own a service team or represent another service team.
- Must have a MC - Market account with at least 5 positive reputation, and at least a 75% reputation. Must be able to explain ALL negative reputations.
- Must NOT have a scam report open during applying; or be accused of scamming (via reputation, or other threads). If you do you and still would like to apply you must be able to explain the situation.
- Must be on MC-Market, active, for over 5 months.
- Must act professional, kind, and know how to respond under pressure.
- Must know contents of most roles.
- Must NOT hog commissions if you are a freelancer as well.
- If a product is delivered via ticket for whatever reason, you may not leak it (download it).
- Must have a (brief) resume of experiences. (Does not have to be formal.)

Freelancer requirements:
- Must abide by the Terms of Service and Freelancer Terms (once accepted)
- Must have a portfolio of at least three works for the role you are applying for.
- Must abide by all rules on MC - Market (no ban evaders or underage staff members, etc.)

Paid? By commission. Exact percentage can be discussed after we know you're serious about this.

When you apply, you will be accepted or denied based mainly on time zone and eligibility (if you meet the requirements).

Are you in need of Support Team members?

Apologies on late response.

We do not need support team and even if we do, they will be voluntary.
In addition, most sales representatives will be on the support team as well.
