Hey there MCM,

Just a bit of background before I continue with the rest of the thread, my name is Invis, and I'm the manager of operations over at AkumaMC. We're a Super OP Prison server, and we're currently live with our Season 9 map. The server has been around for over a year now, and we get stronger and stronger every day (251 online as of writing this thread, on a 7 week old map).

Being a reasonably large server, we've decided that it's time to reach out into the community, and hire some new developers to help both maintain the network, and also to create new content updates for the server! Please read below regarding the requirements and the process of the application.

Position Requirements (Minimum):
- 2+ years Java experience
- 2+ years using the BukkitAPI
- 1+ years using databases (Redis/MongoDB/MySQL - specifics don't matter)
- The ability to write highly efficient and optimised code
- The ability to work in a team (MUST)
- Self motivating, and able to meet a deadline
- Experience with OOP Principles

Bonus Skills:
- A strong knowledge of packets and lag reduction methods
- Experience using NMS

This position is PAID (The magic word on MCM!), and is also a long term position. Please keep this in mind when creating your application. This isn't simply a one-time commission, it's a chance to join a large, and still expanding network, for a long period of time.
