Alarha Network - Looking for professional and experienced staff

I'm one of the two owners of a big upcoming network called Alarha. We're almost ready to release Practice, but we're missing one big thing; professional staff.

As we don't have a website/forums yet, you'll have to apply and be interviewed in TeamSpeak. You are required to have a good mic (good enough to hear you clearly) and speak fluent English well. Once you're moved from the "Staff Interview Waiting Room" to an interview room, you'll be asked a few questions and are required to answer them. If you're accepted, you will be given an invite link to our Discord channel, Staff Guide, SS Guide & Rules (player edition).

More info about being staff is included on the staff guide, but here are a few of the requirements:

• You can never punish a player just because you want to, you need valid proof of the player breaking the rules (either with a screenshot or recording).
• You must act professional and mature, you are the face of the network.
• Make sure the players are following the rules.
• Never ban someone if they're sketchy. Ask for another staff member's opinion before using /freeze to SS them.
• You must know how to screenshare properly to receive the "SS Certified" rank in TS.
• You can't screenshare someone without "SS Certified" rank OR have another staff member with "SS Certified" with you and helping you.

SS Certified is a rank in TS that is given to you if you pass the screenshare test. We don't want staff member's with no knowledge in screensharing to screenshare players.

We currently only have practice to moderate on, but we have many more plans for other gamemodes such as HCF, Factions, Kitmap, etc.
