I think there should be a way for users to be able to get desktop notifications / the message highlighted in shoutbox when a message contains a keyword. Users should be able to set their own keywords obviously. For example, if someone were to say 'Hey Krislyn' in shoutbox without tagging me I wouldn't really know unless I was looking at chat when they said it. That was probably a bad example but I hope you get my point >.>​

It would be a nice feature indeed but the current chat system is quite a big addon created by a off-site developer. I don't want to start customizing it as it'd be a pain to keep updating it with future versions of the addon. So for now, I'm afraid we can't implement this.
