I'm Alex, I'm a pretty experienced developer with the Spigot API. I've made many servers in the past, all completely custom. I have experience with the following things - and more:

Spigot API (menus, commands, permissions, events; basically anything you need)

So any of these things I can do.
Pricing
Well, the prices vary based on what you want, so we can discuss that when we get to it, but I won't charge you over the top. You'll pay 50% of the agreed price to start, and then the other 50% once you're happy with the final product. I'll be happy to refine and tweak the product to your liking. When I receive the final payment, I'll send you over the plugin jar (compatible with the server version you specify) and the source code. Your plugin will be completely configurable.
