Hello,
I'm Alfred, I am an 18 year old Minecraft Server Moderation Expert and I am looking for a position at any server. I have been looking for a position for a while now so I am finally releasing a service thread.

Things About Me:

- I'm 18 years of age
- I currently have no microphone
- I have had 3 years of Experience
- I understand all the parts of moderation and I know how to be a professional Manager/Administrator.
- I have previously owned multiple servers or I have managed big communities.

Experience:

- FallenNetwork | 50-60 Members | Manager | On FallenNetwork I was a Community Manager, my responsibilities were to produce content and events for the Community, I also helped in-game with the setup as it was not fully released or setup yet. I also produced documents for the server such as Rules, Modifications List and Changelogs whenever needed. I decided to resign as I wasn't too confident with the way the Owner was managing the server.

- OPPlanets | 190-210 Members | Junior Moderator | On OPPlanets I was a Junior Moderator and my responsibilities were to bring Tutorial and Guides for the Members, Moderate the Discord & Forums and keep an eye on the members. I resigned after 3 weeks of being in the team as I wasn't too sure if the team liked me or not, they were negative towards me and I didn't get a positive vibe from the other staff members.

- Unknown Name | 20-30 Members | Senior Administrator | I forgot the server name but I worked as a Senior Admin and my job was to help with the Behind The Scenes things and to help with the Moderation on the server. It was a plain, vanilla survival server but I got demoted due to a mistake. I got moved back to Administrator and I didn't get notified of this action so I decided to add my Senior Admin back and I got demoted, the reason why I thought to add my rank back is because there was another member of staff trolling me and changing my prefix back to Admin.

Why you should choose me:

I believe you should choose me over others as I have had a lot of experience, I have also worked on more servers which I have not mentioned in my experience as I have forgot their names and do not remember my role on the server. I have many skills based around Moderation, Administration, Management & Ownership and I am also able to set a role model and set an example.

I suggest changing the color of the text. Yeah you may be able to see it clearly with the white theme, but supreme, and premium on mcmarket have access to dark theme and it makes it very hard to read dark text. Thanks!

You may want to purchase a microphone or note that you will get one soon before making this kind of thread.
Almost all staff positions require a microphone; it's definitely a deal-breaker for staff managers and owners.
