Alien/Futuristic Themed Spawn & Warzone (w/ Resell Rights)

Hello everyone, today I'm looking to purchase an exclusive build with resell rights. It's going to be an alien and futuristic theme. I have the layout down below:

The warzone will be below the island when you drop down, the warzone will have green alien stuff everywhere, broken down futuristic buildings because of the aliens, volcanos, mountains, etc... The warzone will need to be around 500x500 to 750x750.

I don't really have a budget, I'm just looking for a quote. I'm looking for this to be BUILT, not some PREMADE exclusive build. My timeframe would be around 1 week from the payment, and I'm only looking to deal with reputable builders, or a reputable building company (which is strictly related to building and terraforming only).
