All Available Steam /id/ 3 Characters

I decided to quickly write my own program that generates every 3 char combination [a-z, 0-9, _] and checks it on https://steamcommunity.com/id/x.
After 50,653 (37^3) checks, I have a list of all available 3 character steam IDs. This list is fresh as of literally ten minutes ago

Some data;
50,653 total 3 character combinations with the set [a-z, 0-9, _]
15 are available.
Only 0.03% of 3 characters on Steam are available.

Might wanna cop them, they'll go quickly.
