To whom it may concern,

I am looking for someone to create a custom buycraft layout compatible with mobile, desktop, and tablet, as well as someone who has experience creating websites from scratch.

I am looking for a portal page as well. This page too must be accessible by mobile, desktop, and tablet.

As I am unsure of what creating a website from scratch entails, it is possible I may take the route of having a Xenforo website. However, a custom website design is preferred. If you have experience creating custom Xenforo designs, that could work too.

I have a fair budget to work with, from $100 - $250 total. It is indefinite as to which parts of my request I will want to have fulfilled.
