All new staff team?

The title is pretty self explanatory. Who else thinks that Mick should employ an entirely new staff team? The current staff team bends the rules whenever they feel like it, and also are extremely biased during cases against users.

Perhaps the issue is that not every staff member enforces things the same way. If this is the case, more strict mod guidelines are more suitable than getting a entire new staff team.

Also, we are currently in the process of writing up a full staff guide with what to do in every situation. This will completely stop anyone from enforcing rules in different ways.

1) Mick let Linux bid on his server. Mick also bid for Linux.
2) A post about XenArch opening was made in the "servers" section. It wasn't removed, and I'm guessing it was because the owner of that server had split a slot with K3Feedz.

Unfortunately due to the impracticality of this suggestion, it has been declined.

At the time that Linux has bid it was decided by the staff that he would be unbanned. After we found further evidence against Linux his bids were no longer considered. I recognise now that it was a mistake but at the time he was just about to come back and wanted to win, so I let him.

I also struggle to see how this relates to creating new rules to ban you. We are not going to try to silence people with an opinion, that is silly and will not happen (or at least will not happen again if it did happen in the past).

The slot was closed because he did the deal with a user that is with the owner of FearPvp? Thanks, but before you hop to conclusions, at least talk about it why we locked a thread. "Everything happens for a reason."
