As i said, we are not doing this to make money. We are doing this for fun while still staying profession. Making money is an added bonus

This wouldn't be a stable job as it wouldn't pay well. If someone wants to make a living they can go ahead and find a bigger server who wants to make money. Minecraft servers isnt a proper job to rely on for income

Wow is this how the community is nowadays, only doing this for money? Even if we can't afford to pay people 100's of dollars that doesn't mean people won't be willing to do it for free. This post is meant for those who just want to enjoy staffing on a server and don't require pay. If you want to hate on newer and smaller servers don't do it here.

Nah, not many server owners reply on Minecraft as their main income, only a few like Hypixel's, Mineplex's owners..etc Most Minecraft server owners are still below the age of 18 so they're not officially adults, mostly they make Minecraft servers for fun, gaining experiences and make money, but not as their main income. If you think you're right, try to give me an example to prove that someone is really replying on Minecraft server as his main income. Moreover, Minecraft Staff Members don't equal to Owners, there are a lot of positions and you are assuming that all Minecraft jobs are only for owners so that's totally incorrect
