All Staff [Semi-Paid / Compensated]

Hello, my name is David age 34 from Spain, and I am the leader of a small community with a 16GB server.

I am here today looking for people that may be interested in becoming staff on said server.

Because I am new here, and because you guys seem to do things a little differently, I am just going to cut to the chase.

We are a for fun only server, at the moment we do not accept donations of any kind, no pay to win, all merit based. So we are not in this for profit.

None of our staff are paid, however we do ocasionally give away some free steam game keys to our staff to say thank you for the work they put in.

I am the server owner, in the sense that I pay the bills on it, but it is our server, not my server. The community believes that the effort people put in to making a server, is just as valuable as the financial costs, so it is our server, not my server.

We have plans to treat all of our staff well, giving them access to their own private island, as well as other cool benefits, and a relaxed schedule that is lenient towards people being absent when real life things get too important.

While I can't upload any images here due to being new, I can always share some with you on discord, but we have some skilled people working on it, and while we are all very busy people and don't always have time to work on the server, we take what we do seriously and make sure we do our best.

When I saw some guys on the site mentioning payment, I kind of thought it meant actual payment. Like $8 an hour or something.

The steam games we give away to our staff members some times cost as much as $20 a copy.

Probably better than getting a couple bucks a month.

I don't really understand how this site works yet, I don't want to annoy anyone, but isnt working for like 2 bucks a month a bit of a waste of time?

If someone offers to work for me for $2 a month, I kind of have to wonder how hard they are going to work. You could probably do some soda can recycling and get more money for doing that a couple hours.

Not attacking anyone, I just dont get it, am I missing something?
