Allow asking for vouch copys

I feel like you should be allowed to be able for vouch copys in threads! I have been suspended once for this and I bet you guys have to

5.7 Do not ask for vouch copies on a thread. If the author specifically states they're offering vouch copies, send a PM instead.

I feel like this is something you SHOULD be able to do, something that annoys people even more are the people who post farm and are like 'GLWS' or 'Good account'

Having "Vouch copy???" Spammed on every thread was super annoying, it essentially translates to "give me free shit".

If you need proof that a product works, ask the seller and if someone needs to test it, PM them and ask. That's all that needs to be done.
