Allow banned members to create ban appeals in the ban appeal section

There is a ban appeal section(in support requests). Why have it there if banned and/or suspended members cant use it? They should be able to use it

Totally agree on this (Yes I am an alt) I'm SanctuaryMC's alt, I'm not on my home computer so I had to make a new account haha. (Irrelevent I know) (I'm not banned)

thats what i was suggesting. there already is a forum for this but banned/suspended members cant appeal on it

But what I'm saying is:
Someone should only be unbanned from scamming if they show proof of not scamming. If they "Sorry, I won't do it again, blah blah blah blah blah.," they need to stay banned.

I agree with this. Scammers shouldnt be unbanned. Ban Appeals would be for false bans

+1, some people deserve a second chance. They should have their posts and everything reset though, and have a label that they were previously banned for scamming.
