Allow banned members to create ban appeals in the ban appeal section

There is a ban appeal section(in support requests). Why have it there if banned and/or suspended members cant use it? They should be able to use it

There's alot of things on here that can get you perm banned other than scamming, those guys should be able to appeal, it's a business forum, and it should be available to everyone.

All scammers should be permanently banned without appeal. In terms of other things besides scamming, well yes, they should be allowed to appeal. I do believe in second chances, but when it comes to money, I don't think it should be tolerated. I'm glad they've got such enforced rules in terms of scamming.

This idea is stupid. Do you really want people to get unbanned? Or are you just creating this suggestion maybe because a friend of yours got banned. Therefore, this community would become more toxic than it is now having more banned users like idiots who scam, people who disrespect everyone and shit.

Well people that got banned for false reasons should be banned. If its anything that doesnt follow rules and is a legit ban, the member shoulf stay banned. only people banned for false reasons should be unbanned. is it fair for someone to be banned for a false reason and not have a chance to tell staff about it?

There is no such thing as "falsely banned", people are banned for a reason.

there is flasely banned lol. mostly suspensions are false but some bans are too

"Suspension" bans are automatic, once getting a certain amount of warning points, you get banned because how many warning points you got

No they are not, they are done manually by staff, and you know why? Because people report warnings to staff and the users that get reported get them.
