yes hi welcome to my suggestion mick ass today I will be talking about the dumb rules about skam acoconuts

if an impersonator who doesn't own an account claims to own that account and then scams a user offsite with that lie, it's now a scam account? the real owner isn't responsible, neither are any previous owners. the account is fine but some fool paid the wrong person for it. because of this fool's mistake, the innocent owner can't sell his account here. that is very unfair lol

so if a scammer says he'll sell someone EVERY FUCKING OG ON THE MARKET and doesn't do it, EVERY FUCKING OG ON THE MARKET is now a scam account LOOOOOLL

also, just because a scammer OWNED an account doesn't mean it should be blacklisted. If it's never been scammed with and has been sold to a legit user, it's fine and should be allowed to be listed. even if the account name is transferred, the username is completely blacklisted off the market. so if a scammer owned a clean account, sells it to a legit user no scam, that legit user transfers the username to a new account, that account is still not allowed to be sold. WHAT THE FUCK?!

the og market is actually being destroyed because of this stupid shit

My personal opinion is that TID/OGE scam accounts should be blocked but rest shall be able to be sold

this is just my opinion but a good amount of people might be able to agree with this.

let's say that you're the OG owner of an account. you sell the account to let's say "A". A decides to scam someone, B, for the account using a dispute link. You (OG owner) figure out that they scammed with it and pull it back with TID. Would it still count as a scam account if you kept it, or even sold it back to B legitimately? Would they blacklist it from the market? If so that'll be retarded. This new rule is so confusing and dumb at the same time and like t-rex said, it'll fuck most of the og market
