Quick thought when I visited MCM when I had reinstalled windows on my PC, and I noticed the horrendous white theme which is the standard theme for all users. I think allowing new users without a rank should be allowed to use dark theme, just because thats the normal today. Every site has dark theme for all users, except MCM. Wondering why really, and don't see MCM losing many sales because users already have access to dark theme.

High performance, consistent uptime and fast support. Minecraft hosting that just works.

I doubt the theme is a big game-changer for people deciding whether or not to stay at a forums page. Activity & community spirit are more important factors that are to be considered too, however, with the option of dark theme extensions that EVERYONE can apply...I do not understand why MC-Market doesn't allow normal users to add it themselves when it can be easily bypassed anyways.
You make a valid point with the dark theme extension, however I have never found one that I like and would much rather use a dark theme from the site itself. Others might think this aswell

I used to be a big deal on here but now irrelevant

The dark theme is only available if you have a premium account. It's a good feature to encourage people to buy premium.

I do not think it should be made available for everyone.

I know it encourages some people to buy the Premium upgrade, but I feel like a lot more would be discouraged to stay on the site since they are keeping such a common feature, which is free on most sites, exclusively to Premium users and above.

I can't see light theme being a complete turnoff honestly. I dealt with it for a while when I first joined the site, it was fine (on a sidenote, it's one of the reasons I did buy premium though). It's functional - it's not designed poorly. Unity does a similar thing too if I recall correctly, and even though it's annoying, I wouldn't ditch it because of it.
Also, when you make the argument that most other sites do it; it's either because it's a forum whose theme defaults to dark, or it's a site which does not facilitate interaction in the way that MC-Market does (whether it be small or large).

Not saying a lot of people leaves the site because of the light theme, but I can imagine a few would. Also, Premium is now required to access the Minecraft accounts section on the site, which to me is more of a selling point than dark theme is. I don't see why dark theme shouldn't be available for all users, without having to spend money to get it.

Just because one feature may be considered more of a benefit than another doesn't mean that we should remove other of the more minor benefits that you receive. I'm a light theme boy most of the time, and light is perfectly usable. If someone hates light that much, they can buy Premium to get access to dark theme. I don't see anyone ever leaving MCM as a non-premium member because they can't use dark, especially because we basically have no competition in this space unless you consider clones with 1% of the activity we have.

Removing one of the main benefits of purchasing Premium for no reason just doesn't make much sense.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
