Allow gifting Ultimate upgrade to others users with Supreme

I mean, I don’t see why this shouldn’t be added. You can gift everything else on the account upgrades tab, but not Ultimate?

I'd really love to add this, it'd just mean more money for me. Unfortunately introducing this would require additional custom development and we have always had other priorities.

In our migration to XF2 this is definitely something I do want though.
