allow gyazo gifs back into sigs

yeah u have some image sites disabled so that people can't get info from the person looking but it's pretty clear that gyazo isn't malicious and i cba to upload my signature gifs anywhere else

gyazo and prntscr afaik are both insecure
I think it might be because they keep the original image metadata or something, and that often contains IPs/Locations. Not sure.
