iHCF is a widely forked plugin. It can be found on GitHub under the MIT License. But it isn’t allowed on mcm because they need Permission from DoctorDark, but technically they have it because of the MIT License

This rule should be revoked as there is no reason why not to allow them on resources, but allow them on threads

DoctorDark, as seen in his profile posts, admits to being dissatisfied with the initial license he went with.
His latest MCM profile post:
"I've never explicitly gave ANYONE resell rights to my HCF & never took the time get it properly licensed. No fucks given what you do with it"
