Allow new members to post 'Offering' loan threads.

Hello all,

I was looking forward to joining the forums to help aspiring server owners and indie game developers by funding their concept. Unfortunately, I cannot post any threads in the Investments and Loans section. Now, I understand why this was put in place, however, it's not fair to us new members that we can't even offer a loan or investment service.

If this gets approved, I'm hosting a pitch-a-thon, basically where server owners pitch their ideas for a chance to get funding up to 150% of their current assets.

What are your thoughts?

Pm people you want to loan/invest into as new member can easily make an account - ask for a loan - and leave with nothing lost and $() gained

heh, banned for banned evading.

Anyways, the restrictions on loans in particular were set like that in order to prevent scammers or ban evaders from making a quick buck from the site.
