Allow non-ranked users to access and use shoutbox/chat

I think non donators/non-ranked users should be able to access shoutbox or chat, or whatever it is called.

Why?
Well, I don't like private messaging. Not alot of other people do either. It's like Emails, noone wants that garbage.

Wouldn't this cause alters to troll?

Nope. You need over a certain amount of posts/reactions or must have been registered for about a few months.
This system written above will prove legitimancy of users and disregard the worry you had about alters spamming/trolling in chat, which is why you made chat donor/ranked users only.

Reactions can be farmed, so can posts, so can time. Pay for it or stop complaining. #

Instead of saying "buy premium" like all the users above, I'll go ahead and give you actual few reasons before archiving this.

The shoutbox actually used to be availabe for all users a reaaaally long time ago. This was when MC-Market was significantly smaller.
The shoutbox was basically FLOODED with messages 24/7. It was IMPOSSIBLE to have a decent conversation.

It's impossible to moderate a chatbox where +100 people are talking at once.
