Allow paid users more BA's

Allow premium members to have 2 business accounts and supreme 3

There's already far too many users making business accounts that they don't need.
Why on earth would you ever need four different accounts?

There are not enough people who need this many accounts to make it worth the mess that would result from allowing it.
Maybe we can start with 2 BA for supreme, yeah?

I agree that we should get more, but we should start at 2 for supreme.
But maybe people would have to ask staff to make a 3rd one? Since that would be a very rare circumstance.

Or just charge a rate of like $5/account to make one (If you are a profitable business 5$ is not a huge profit loss)
