Allow people to bypass rep cooldown

Not everyone abuses the rep system, and there’s some people who do a lot of daily deals here.

I think there should be a way to apply (or maybe an automated requirement thing like for the private OG section) for your 24 hour rep limit to be either increased or remove.

Yeah automation would be much easier, changed the title to make the two choices more “equal”

We have increased limits for our Supreme and Ultimate users. If you have Ultimate I believe that those users can give up to 5 feedback within a day and that should be more than enough.
