My suggestion is simple, allow an option to input the username of the person who completed their request when closing. This will promote more closed threads overall, and it could also piggyback off of my verification thread here: https://www.mc-market.org/threads/630823/
Another feature this suggestion can promote is the ability to show how many completed requests a user has done in a category, which again would help verify (https://www.mc-market.org/threads/630823/) that users legitimacy in a category.
