It's really frustrating getting a scam report assigned to an inactive staff member, Seeing newer reports getting solved due to the fact that they are being handled by different staff member. My scam report has no response for a month now since Kuchy is nowhere to be seen.

fr, especially since some of the scammers stay inactive and carry on scamming during the period where there is a scam report on them.

Despite the jokes that other people are making, COVID-19 has severely affected some of our staff members, unfortunately. We're getting more on track with scam reports now though, and all of our scam resolvers are actively handling their scam reports so this is no longer a concern I don't think. Allowing people to switch scam resolvers mid-case would just increase the workload drastically for very little benefit (at least while everything is being handled as quickly as it should).
