I can't honestly see a reason as to why Mick wouldn't do something that he is fully capable of doing and has virtually nothing to lose for doing that would please the user base.

If you bothered to read, Mick says the new framework of the theme isn't directly compatible with the old one. Hence he can't just load that in.

I believe that I may not have been clear enough before. It is possible for us to have the old and new themes at any given time, but at the moment I would like for people to give this new theme a chance. The minute I set the new theme up people seemed to hate it and be against it, but slowly people are starting to see the benefit of our new theme.

If you had bothered to read, you would have known this is incorrect, it was stated on this thread already. Don't be aggressive when you don't know what you're talking about.

I don't hate it, but I simply prefer the old theme, it felt more natural to me. I get the feel for this theme, it's really nice, clean, and futuristic, just not my personal style.
