Allow unranked players to sell accounts (read before disagree please)

Hi all! I'm writing on the behalf of people that don't wish to spend money on a block game forum.

Before you disagree and say "-1 we bought rank for this" give me a chance.
Whilst I know this was to stop scamming, and to create more income for the server, I don't think the account selling cycle is as big as it was.
Scamming is the fault of the buyer/seller as it is purely optional to purchase/sell to anyone.
Anyone can be a scammer. Sure, vouches increase chances of not being scammed, but still, someone scammed a two char off a friend of mine and was supreme with 1000+ msgs.
I think there should be a separate section for non ranked players to post account selling threads, more intrigued players in selling stuff = more donations.

It isn't a bad idea, but the point of adding the Premium feature to sell ranks was to keep the community safer, not saying it completely worked, but scamming has been cut down a decent amount. Well account scamming at least.

Two of these have already been declined in the past.
