The warnings such as the shout box violations and other very small rules should be able to appeal out.

Like say, if we're warned for 20 minutes between ads, we can appeal that.
Or you guys can surely make those warnings expire-able within 3 months time.

Not everyone does it on purpose, but those who does shouldn't get the chance to appeal
But those who doesn't and mistakenly or unintentionally does it should get a chance to get it removed.

I have nearly 9 warnings from that one reason, because I was either 1 minute short or a few seconds of a minute short, and we can't even find the log when the chat is very active the log would certainly vanish and only show us 10 minutes back.

If anything those are the ones that you shouldn't be allowed to appeal. The big warnings you should be.

Think about it. The lesser warnings you quoted above involve a ton of verbal warnings. The major warnings you don't get any.

I definitely agree with this.

Personally, I think these should be expirable in 3 or so months (as Joshua stated in the thread.)

Most people don't purposely post their advertisements more than once within 20 minutes, they do it because they don't know when they posted their last advertisement because the staff won't tell you anymore.

The smaller the warnings, the more points you get, at least make them expire-able.
90% of the shoutbox warnings are unintentional.
If you have a look on my messages in the chat logs during Feb 21st till Apr 30th you can see that I was short of a few minutes time, or the system lagged that's all but still I have to live with warnings which I can't appeal even though they were unintentional.

You get punishment for what is you do INTENTIONALLY, not unintentionally.

I wouldn't say appeal them but definitely expire, this could be kept on record however and you would have it listed on Warning Points as a violation (for a log, incase you break the rule again and staff need to see this information) but after some time it goes to 0 points and your warning points goes back down.

Great suggestion.

Every warning is already appealable, but your appeal will only ever result in the removal of your warning if the warning was falsely placed. If the warning was not falsely placed, then the warning will remain.

As I recently said in another one of your recent suggestions, however, I do believe all warnings should have an expiry, even if the larger warnings require expiries spanning a few years.

Here would be a decent, suggestion lowering some of the points for some warnings, makeup half of the 75 points on there own, however, I do agree all warnings should be appealable if you can give a justified claim.
