This has been something that has been an annoyance in my opinion, we should be able to leave Business Accounts without staff needing to get involved.
With my other suggestion of deletion, sure we should have to make a ticket to confirm the account should actually be deleted. If account deletion is not possible, removing our access to the account & banning it for the reason "Account Deleted" or something similar.
