Allow us to set who is allowed to see account threads

I feel that we should be able to set who is allowed to see our account threads, such as for truly good names that we don't want to be locked.

He himself has said it isn't him locking the accounts and it never was.. The account locking was due to a change to mojang. Nothing to do with him or anyone else.
