Allow users to change thread owner

In the new update, an change thread owner by opening a support request.

I'm suggesting to change this, I suggest that there's a certain requirement to do this. What I mean is, us as members should be able to change them instead of moderators only.

I think there should be a set requirement to do this as members. Some things should be a 3 month old account, X amount of reactions, and X amount of messages, as well as premium & supreme.

This will be a good feature, as it'll add a new feature to supreme & premium, and we won't need to open a request and wait 1-10 days to get it changed, especially when you need it ASAP.

a) It is not possible for us to do this without doing custom development, to the best of my knowledge.

b) We moderate these changes for a reason and quite frankly, I don't see a reason that these changes need to happen often at all. We don't want members transferring threads to other members unless that member can confirm they want the thread, etc.

This shouldn't become a regular thing. I've had 1 person request this since the update with a valid reason. Allowing this on the user end would just have threads constantly changing ownership for no good reason. Manual is better sometimes. We can also carefully moderate every request as rocket stated.
