Allow Users to gift Premium - Supreme

Title says all. I want to gift someone Premium to Supreme, as they already have premium, but I think that I should only have to pay for the upgrade, not the extra $10. Premium to Supreme normally is $15, and that's the price it should be placed at.

This would have so many exploits, I don't think he has it set up to check if a user is premium for gifting, it just applies the role.
This would require editing the gifting addon, which I don't think Mick is up to right now.

It is an idea. Just putting out that this should be a thing. If it isn't possible, then oh well I guess.

Getting this developed isn't a priority right now, I think it's much more important for us to get a revamped rep and resource system before we think about getting something custom developed for this, meaning that it will unfortunately be a few months before this will be implemented most likely.
