Allowing player to break specific block in claimed faction land

I’ve looked up and down through the factions files to see if I can allow players to break blocks in claimed faction land. Has and one got any knowledge in this?

I’m trying to allow players to break spawners in claimed faction land

I think there's a setting, at least in the plugin I use, that allows for TNT to explode spawners so if someone were to be using a cannon they would be able to explode that spawner.
