Allowing the sale mc -market accounts

yes I know it sounds dumb, but allow selling mcm usernames/accounts but warn others on the profile its been sold or only sell to reputable people. there's advantages to buying a profile if its got a lot of messages to use it for ads or such.

There have been cases in the past where one user has paid another for them to change their username so that they can have it, and we've been fine with that.

We're a marketplace where users are only allowed a single account, and so we're never going to allow users to transfer their accounts to other people.
