We are a small group of people who have been in the "server industry" for over 5 years. It all started with a small server that kept growing untill it was a very popular server for that time. Our company currently consists of 4 people.
If you're having any problems with the setup or anything else regarding Alpha Setups don't hesitate to contact us! There are several different ways of contacting us.
FAQ
Q: Help! I haven't received my download yet.
A: Your setup is located at the 'Downloads' page (http://www.alphaservers.eu/index.php?route=account/download) Make sure you are logged in otherwise you won't be able to see the download. If it's still not there please send an email to [email protected] with the invoice and order ID.
Q: There are only 4 setups available but the one I want isn't there.
A: Our team is working hard on tons of other setups including: Creative, Survival, Minigames, Lobby, ... If you are looking for a custom setup send an email to [email protected] and we'll get back to you ASAP.
Q: My setup is not working correctly how do I fix this?
A: Make sure you're running the correct version, all our setups are made for the latest minecraft version. If that's not the case check the README there might be an installation note you've missed.
Q: I downloaded a setup, what's next?
A: It's simple, open the README file supplied in the downloaded folder and follow the steps.
Q: Why do I have to fill my billing details in?
A: It's basically to make sure we can contact you if there went something wrong with the order and to prevent that a particular transaction is fraudulent.
Q: What are 'Reward points'?
A: It's a system we use to 'reward' a customer. For example if you buy a Prison Setup you get a certain amount of RP, if you have enough you can get a free setup!
Q: What are the payment methods?
A: We are currently only accepting Paypal and our RP system, however soon we'll add Skrill and Paysafe Card.
