Today I am here to update you all on the status of the server and announce Alpha Testers!
Our server is currently in development meaning its closed to the public entirely, well until now. We are opening an Alpha Tester program that allows players to apply and have the chance to be an early access Alpha tester. [This will happen for beta as well]. If accepted as an alpha tester you will be able to view the build server, which contains our hubs and maps being created. With the exception of our main hub as we are keeping that hidden for now.
Alpha tester perks:
Access to the build server and early viewing of all of our gamemodes
Your suggestions will have a better chance of being added
A tag on our website, server, and discord.
Early access to all releasing gamemodes and maps.
Donations are appreciated and will have the same outcome and you will receive the Alpha Tester perms as well.
Another thing I want to add is our donor ranks and what they are.
So we are having global donor ranks which will carry onto each server the player plays on. Some servers will have separate perms for each rank.
We want to bring together the community and gain a few more trusted, dedicated, mature and professional staff. We currently only have two positions open, Helper and Junior Moderator.
We will only be accepting around 3-5 more applicants to fill our team, we do give the option for staff to choose the server they want to staff on via the application though as of now any member accepted will be positioned on Skyblock and Factions. This can update in the future [After the closed beta]
We also want to bring together builders to make our maps and hubs unique. We are accepting any builders so long as they provide previous work and aren't proven to have stolen the work. We do cross check to make sure the work is theirs before acceptance.
Now for the main reason behind this thread. We need alpha testers to come on and test early game-modes, view the maps, help test things and other things.
All alpha testers will get the "Alpha Tester" tag on our website, discord and server. We want to be able to have a trusted early access community to rely on for their opinions before releasing the final product.
