Alright Another Chat/ShoutBox For Advertising only

Yea self explanatory and a solution to solve the problem with shoutbox about advertising. Simple Solution- Just add another shoutbox/chat for advertising and business only. So what you guys think about it?

Advertisements should just be allowed in shoutbox. Off-topic conversations can go in the off-topic section, PMs, Skype, and they can still go in shoutbox along with the advertisements. This is a marketplace forum, not Facebook. There's no reason people shouldn't be able to advertise their in-site services in it. Who is going to look at a shoutbox devoted solely to advertising? That's like watching TV and muting the show and watching just the commercials.

Yes, I do. This isn't a solution lol nobody is ever going to go to a shoutbox devoted solely to ads. Staff should just allow us to advertise in shoutbox again. There is no reason we shouldn't be able to.

Are you sure about that? That is my question to you. Having this feature makes us still unique because in other forums, you cannot advertise your services there you know.

This is a marketplace. We sell services and products here. We should be able to advertise those services and products on this site because that is the reason for this site. Off-topic conversations come second.

I disagree about the marketplace though. The community is changing believed it or not montyburly. You just havent realized this yet. With the loss of accounts section, there should be other ways to grow the community. I want this forum to stand out differently against other forums because of one reason market; however, people come back for any general discussion on mc market. The solution for mcm is that have both of best worlds to stand out against other forums by adding features that satisfied customers and business people, but also have some features that the regular member love to discuss about on any subject. The goal of mcm is to grow into one of largest forums of minecraft and other services for it. So montyburly I leave you with this message. Are you willing to change in order to survive or fall into darkness? Your choice not mine. Now let go back to the topic of this suggestion

Agreed that they shouldnt remove it; however, it their decision and yes it is quite awful. You just have learn to deal with it and overcome it. I see numerous of solution to over come it.

Advertisements should be allowed in shoutbox. This is a marketplace forum, not a server forum. There is no reason why people should not be able to promote their services in the shoutbox (that is what a marketplace is for, promoting and selling/buying services.)

But then again, if we want to change, as MCM is already, then I have a interesting idea which costs quite a lot. Mick's dad, Mick, and Rocket make a company that owns MCM as well as two new forums they release which are for Social Media sales and Gaming (All Games) discussion. That would cost a fortune.
