We are recently released network called AltarisNine! We have 4 servers and right now we released Factions! So come to our server

We've also need in aid of some great builders and developers. Our only developer is struggling to keep up with the server needs and we are working on our nest project soon with Modded Survival and we'll need dedicated builders to help us! You can reach us at the following links.

Payment for the developers?

We aren't sure yet. We are just looking for volunteer work at the moment
. We aren't at the stage of payment for developers yet but they will surly get paid wants donation and such are coming in

So basically you're asking for free devs until you get more donations. Let me direct you to a post I made about this: http://www.mc-market.org/threads/187145/

In short, devs don't like promised donations. Regardless of if you phrase it as "volunteer now, you will get paid later " or "Your pay is donations, we just don't have them yet", they basically mean the same thing: We can't guarantee pay for your work. And that doesn't sit well with most developers.
