Hey there i'm Shadowsane, Owner of Altaris9. Altaris9 thrives for experience in the gaming community. We have planned to be a large community and a successful one. So What is Altaris9 you may ask? Altaris9 has a land full of adventures in minecraft that goes by the concept of islands. These islands are themed. And are themed to a certain story. Altaris9 is going to be a RPG and Minigame type server. These islands are going to contribute to the certain storyline. This supports the type of RPG this server will have. The story line will be structured to go as long as we want until we want to stop it. And as long as we want the main story to go. You go across these different island taking boats and skyships to different and mysterious long lost (or already discovered) islands. Right now there are 9 islands (hence the name of this server is Altaris9)

Island Concepts
You first start on Main Isle which is themed to be a jungle. Lush and vivid with its plant life such as an area of Lilac Forest and Revealed Path(which are wild areas on the island). Next you come across Kasileant which is a savannah theme island that is the second island you come across. These only two islands will be released for beta. So that we can accept members and get people interested into what we're doing. After beta we will release the other 7 islands then continue with either releasing 1 or 9 other islands at a time.

Applications
If you'd like to become apart of Altaris9 then please go here to submit one via our process. There is a lot of applications, but that doesn't mean we're not recruiting! We have some secret positions we are hiring people for, that don't have a special application form. Don't think that your application wont be considered! Every applicant will go through the same screening process. After their application has been considered by multiple members of staff, an interview will be required for further analysis and reflection of the individual. If accepted, the applicant will be under the supervision of a higher ranking staff member for the first couple of weeks.

Please keep in mind that staff members do not get direct payment. This doesn’t apply to developers or very certain builders or other services that are not free. If members, who are new to the staff team, start asking for specials, they might be kicked or demoted.

Special Note: We expect new staff to have at least 3 hours of online time and at least a 2 week total online period to be eligible for a promotion.

Here's why no one should work for you:

• Nulled Xenforo
• Nulled Xenforo addons (can't even set them up properly)
• Pretty sure you're also using a nulled theme from Brivium
• They send you a lazy copy and paste message via PM
• Does not even pay for WHOIS guard (your dox is on whois)
• You post "rick rolls" on your website as serious threads, very professional

Here is why No one should listen to you.

1. You spend your time hating on posts.
2. You clearly didn't read the whole post.
3. You need to understand that working with money online is dangerous and No one wants to get scammed.

So unprofessional to be honest. An owner should never respond like this in ANY situation. I have known Black Reaper for some time as he has dev'd for me in the past and what he says is quite true. (still waiting for that red rover plugin Jed xD) Ideas will get you nowhere. Everyone has ideas. If you can't turn them into reality, no one will buy into it and want to help out, for FREE. That is the exact reason why you should either have something ready to show off (that you made / bought), or simply pay people to work for you. There are however some exceptions for paying if you are just starting.

You DON'T have to pay for staff.
You DON'T have to pay for any sorts of managers.
You DO have to pay builders, or make your own builds. (You might get them for free if someone is generous, but don't expect a whole build team to build something for you.)
You DEFINITELY DO have to pay for developers as they are your server's backbone. You might want to get someone who has knowledge in both front and back-ends of servers (cough cough Black Reaper). You don't have to get a separate system administrator and a plugin developer as you simply can't afford that by any means.
You DO / DON'T have to pay for graphic designers. (This is completely optional but makes your shit look a lot more attractive and professional.) I had bought custom buycraft logos + server banner + server icon when I was making my own server and everyone seemed to love them with the exception of my wallet as that costed me at around 100$ alone.

Other than that, you CAN use Nulled products but that's so cheap of you to do that. I advise once your server is off the ground and starts generating a substantial amount of cash flow, you buy Xenforo and the theme you need. Heck, you might even get a web developer to make your website look shiny af at that point.

PS: I don't have to tell you this, but it could help out. Advertising is what makes the difference. You can get all of these ready, but without players, that is money spent to shit. You should mainly worry about how to advertise since Minecraft's full of startup ideas like yours, which usually go to shit when they realize what I just said. You DEFINITELY need to pay for advertising, and I am talking 100ish dollars for a single video of a youtuber that has around 50ish thousand subscribers.
