I have seen some people abuse their business account, or create an alt account while suspended.

When people are doing this, they should be perm banned. Anyone else agree?!

I disagree.
There are many stupid members on this forum. Many, many stupid members.
And even those who aren't idiots still make mistakes, especially when they're emotional, and let's face it, if you get banned/suspended on MCM, you're going to be pretty distraught. :p (We are your life)
So warning points for alting, I believe are sufficient punishment. No need to be so harsh as to ban them forever.

How is it sufficient, it is defeating the whole purpose of the punishment!

If they continue to alt, they will continue to have their alts banned, and they will continue to gain large sets of warning points, extending their ban, until they are unable to use their main account for a long time, if not forever. As you said, perm ban.
The warning point system allows users to learn from their mistakes. If they don't. The result is the same as you suggested. An inevitable ban.

Until we have a functioning appealing system for suspended and temp-banned members, this will not even be considered. They WILL face the consequences of ban evading if they do more than make an appeal in support requests, but this will not instantly equal a permanent ban.

Once we have a functioning appeal system, if it works, we might start increasing the punishment for alting while suspended. Possibly, it might end up being a long tempban, but I strongly doubt it'll ever be an instant ban.
